About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution and planning of logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage and manage tasks with senior associates to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Liaise with airlines, agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient logistics processes.
  • Provide exceptional support to colleagues and internal customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Execute planned logistics solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Create and manage shipment orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Follow up on orders and collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Utilize World Courier facilities and tools to ensure compliance with logistics requirements.
  • Pre-advise destination offices on shipments with special requirements.
  • Enter clear and precise instructions in order files to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Develop creative solutions that align with the best interests of our clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, drivers, customs, and other logistics stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other logistics specialists across our global network to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and/or French.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex logistics issues.
  • Flexibility to work multiple shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative to resolve issues.
