Job Duties

  • Assist the Centre Director in student assessments and learning plans.
  • Support sales efforts and student enrollment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain parent communication.
  • Guide and train team members in delivering personalized instruction.
  • Monitor student progress during sessions.
  • Help with employee training and development.
  • Teach using the Mathnasium teaching method.
  • Utilize digital educational tools effectively.
  • Ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Passion for math and working with students.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and be mentored.
  • Ability to balance teaching and sales responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in math up to grade 10.
  • Good computer skills.

All candidates must demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
