Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Centre Director with student evaluations and personalized learning strategies
  • Support enrollment initiatives and sales activities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain communication with parents
  • Guide and mentor team members in providing tailored instruction
  • Track and assess student progress during sessions
  • Contribute to employee training and professional development
  • Instruct using the Mathnasium teaching methodology
  • Effectively utilize digital educational resources
  • Ensure a secure and conducive learning environment
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for mathematics and working with students
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • A willingness to learn and accept mentorship
  • Capability to balance instructional and sales duties
  • Mathematical proficiency up to grade 10
  • Competence in computer usage
All applicants must demonstrate math proficiency, provide valid work authorization, and successfully complete a background check.

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees. Each location is unique, and employment matters are handled by the individual franchisees. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer.
