Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Centre Director with student evaluations and personalized learning strategies
  • Support enrollment initiatives and sales activities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain communication with parents
  • Train and guide team members in providing tailored instruction
  • Monitor and assess student progress during sessions
  • Contribute to employee training and professional growth
  • Implement the Mathnasium teaching methodology
  • Effectively utilize digital educational resources
  • Ensure a secure and conducive learning atmosphere
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for mathematics and working with students
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • A willingness to learn and accept mentorship
  • Capability to balance instructional and sales tasks
  • Mathematical proficiency up to grade 10
  • Competence in computer usage
All applicants must demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and successfully complete a background check.

Mathnasium locations operate independently under franchise agreements. Each center is distinct, and employment matters are managed by the respective franchisees. If selected, the franchisee will be your employer.
