Job Title: Ag Sales Administration Coordinator

Flaman Sales Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and innovative Ag Sales Administration Coordinator to join our Agriculture Department. This role will be based out of our head office in Nisku, Alberta, with occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide office support to the Agriculture team and collaborate with all departments within the organization.
  • Assist in inventory management and control.
  • Ensure all product in or yard is clean and properly displayed.
  • Monitor website and ensure all used, clearance and other inventory are properly advertised.
  • Monitor manufacturer rebates and advertising programs.
  • Complete warranty registrations.
  • Work closely with the service department to ensure all service requests are processed and all timelines are met.
  • Help coordinate trade show events.
  • Manage and order all marketing materials.
  • Assist Marketing department with changes to ads for print/digital advertising.
  • Post and monitor Social Media updates on sales, events, and training opportunities.
  • Ensure the showroom is kept up to date in respect to product information, brochures, and signage.
  • Complete required paperwork according to company policies, procedures and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Recognize the importance of establishing a connection with our customers and providing a great customer experience.
  • Post secondary education (preferred).
  • Previous experience monitoring, updating and creating posts on company social media outlets.
  • Knowledge of agriculture equipment and industry considered an asset.
  • Computer savvy, proficient with word, excel & outlook.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Professional, team player with a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Exceptional work ethic, motivated and driven to obtain goals.
  • Have a clean driver's abstract and criminal record check.
  • Have a great sense of humor.
