- Lead the sales team, providing clear guidelines and full support to achieve sales targets.
- Create and deliver sales presentations to homeowners, brokers, consultants, and management.
- Negotiate sales transactions and promote mortgage assistance arrangements.
- Work with various departments to develop and maintain a positive client experience throughout the new home purchase and ownership process.
- Set process and standards for achieving customer service performance goals and satisfaction.
- 15+ years of sales and marketing management experience in new home condo sales.
- Licensed by RECO is considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
