Key Responsibilities- Incident Management and Operational Support: Provide timely and effective support for incident management and operational activities, ensuring alignment with business strategies and compliance with regulations.
- Strategic Initiatives Support: Support end-to-end processes for key strategic initiatives, analyzing service trends to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Craft clear and timely stakeholder updates and communications related to incidents, ensuring effective communication with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Analysis: Conduct independent research to address issues, collaborating with business and technology teams to resolve complex problems.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strategic relationships across diverse and global stakeholders, driving effective business solutions and continuous improvement.
- Education and Experience: University Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a global/matrix organization in AML/compliance/risk management, incident management, project management, Audit and/or other critical unit.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Point, and Business Intelligence reporting tools, ITSM tools, and SQL. Knowledge of Oracle OFSAA or FCCM is a strong asset.
