Job Title: Workday HCM Configuration Specialist

At Dentalcorp, we are seeking a highly skilled Workday HCM Configuration Specialist to join our team. As a Workday HCM Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Workday HCM solutions to meet the needs of our dental practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Workday HCM solutions to meet the needs of our dental practices.
  • Work closely with our dental practices to understand their specific needs and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our dental practices to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
  • Provide training and support to our dental practices on the use of Workday HCM solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday HCM features and functionality to ensure we are leveraging the most effective solutions for our dental practices.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM configuration and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM features and functionality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
