Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead new business development and account growth for a territory of selected, strategic accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of direct sales experience, preferably with experience selling to life sciences companies.
Key responsibilities include opening new business, closing accounts, and managing commercial relationships with clients.
The successful candidate will exceed revenue targets, drive growth in the territory, and achieve a high-profile role in a fast-growing company.
Key Qualifications- 7-10 years of direct sales experience, preferably in life sciences
- Strong ability to open new business and close accounts
- Proficiency in targeting cold contacts and building new relationships
- Proficiency in presentations and strategic selling, negotiation
- Ability to craft client needs into actionable solutions
- Minimum bachelor's degree from a competitive university
- Ability to work independently and travel 30-50% of the time
