Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Brock Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and profitable delivery, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Continuously improve project management processes and procedures, ensuring best practices and efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- PMP and PMI certification, or equivalent, desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
This role requires frequent travel and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery.
