Employment Details- Employment Type: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Register incoming guests and allocate rooms efficiently.
- Handle room reservations, including taking, canceling, and modifying bookings.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel amenities and services.
- Process guest check-outs, calculate charges, and manage payments.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and assignments.
- Answer phone calls and relay messages promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience ranging from 1 to less than 7 months is preferred.
