About the Role:

As a Territory Sales and Service Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the Thunder Bay and surrounding areas. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their cleaning and sanitizing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
  • Provide training and support to customers on our products and services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of outside sales experience in a related industry
  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to travel to the US for training and meetings
