Senior Manager, Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Technology to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our technology risk and control functions, ensuring the effective management and mitigation of operational and regulatory risk.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and maintenance of application lifecycle plans to align with our Fraud technology roadmap.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT professionals, and vendors to support fraud operations technology systems and ensure issues are clearly communicated.
- Drive and manage governance environment, controls, change management, production implementation, compliance to OCISO, Risk, and regulatory control standards, audit management, and business continuity.
- Own, identify, manage, measure, and monitor current and emerging risks in day-to-day activities, operations, products, and services.
- 5-7+ years' experience in Governance, Risk and Controls.
- Demonstrated people management experience.
- CISSP, CSAM, and COBIT or Relevant experience in a technology operations or application management role.
- Strong background in reporting automation.
- Strong time management, administrative, and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work.
