About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pro Sales Associate at Behr Canada. As a Pro Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to professional painting contractors and their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and form relationships with local pros who rely on Behr for excellent products and exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with outside sales reps to take care of customers when they come into the store, including pulling and tinting orders for pick up.
  • Work closely with the Home Depot staff to maintain a mutually beneficial relationship.
  • Enter all new leads and contacts into Salesforce, our customer relationship management tool.
  • Provide basic computer skills to support the Home Depot Pro Desk and introduce yourself to any contractors.

Requirements:

  • An outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills to use our customer management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
