About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading workshops to capture functional requirements and identify key business process elements;
  • Configuring and personalizing sales, customer service, and field service modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE - CRM;
  • Analyzing interactions between processes to provide expert advice to clients;
  • Developing detailed functional specifications;
  • Supporting clients during functional and integrated testing;
  • Providing training to end-users.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, software engineering, or information technology;
  • At least 5 years of experience as a consultant in implementing Dynamics 365 CRM;
  • Excellent functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: sales, marketing, customer service, field service, project management;
  • Experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including sales, customer service, and field service;
  • Experience with Power Automate is an asset;
  • Knowledge and manipulation of Java scripts is an asset;
  • Strong understanding of business best practices and processes;
  • Excellent communication skills in French;
  • Ability to travel within the province of Quebec.
