Job Title: General Office Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Office Clerk to join our team at AJOC International Inc.

Job Summary:

The General Office Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database and maintain accurate records.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and process documents, including reports, invoices, and other correspondence.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Administration: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, QuickBooks, and MS Excel. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
