Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fox Creek Esso. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
