Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities, and coordinate with other work units or departments as needed.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, and establish work schedules and procedures.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures, and maintain accurate records of incidents and events.
