- Answer phones and take messages, ensuring prompt communication with clients and colleagues.
- Manage visitor and contractor sign-in books, maintaining a secure and organized environment.
- Create and manage mail shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Develop and maintain Word and Excel documents, presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
**Requirements:**
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of our clients and team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information effectively.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
- SAP/ERP experience is an asset, but not required.
