Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and external stakeholders.
- Offer strategic insights and guidance to recruitment teams.
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from start to finish.
- Post job openings, evaluate resumes, and conduct interviews.
- Identify and engage passive candidates while developing talent pools.
- Participate in recruitment events and networking opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and candidate evaluation techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Experience in a unionized setting is considered an asset.

- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills.

Work Environment:
- Hybrid work model based at our Ottawa Head Office.
- Travel may be required for job fairs and networking events.
