We are seeking a driven IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying top IT talent, contributing to sales growth, and nurturing customer relationships to drive market expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Delivery team to pinpoint the ideal IT talent for client requirements.
  • Spearhead sales and market share growth within assigned accounts and explore new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships by leveraging resources such as Salesforce and Hoovers.
  • Engage with potential clients to thoroughly understand their needs and build lasting partnerships.
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals that effectively address client requirements.
Qualifications

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree OR Military experience OR an Associate's Degree with 3 years of professional experience OR 4 years of professional experience.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 1 year of Sales Experience OR hold a Degree in Sales OR possess Sales Internship Experience OR be an Active member of a Collegiate Sales Club/Organization.
  • Exhibit a strong interest in pursuing a career in B2B Sales.
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively and overcome challenges.
  • Show a willingness to learn and continuously grow professionally.
