Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Golle Painting Inc. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Manage the front desk, handle mail and packages, and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all necessary materials and supplies are readily available.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Construction company.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Electronic scheduler, MS Office, Social Media, Accounting software.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, sitting, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask, time management, maturity.
