Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Golle Painting Inc. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
  • Scheduling and Record-Keeping: Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain work records and logs, and receive and issue payments.
  • Communication: Provide directory assistance, arrange teleconferences, and calculate billing charges.
  • Technology: Utilize electronic schedulers, MS Office, and accounting software to perform tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
