Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Barback to join our team. As a Barback, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bars, providing exceptional service to our guests, and contributing to the overall success of our hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Experience: Create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, upholding our high standards of service and quality.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, polish glassware and silverware, and perform additional side work as assigned.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
- Team Support: Assist with general cleaning tasks and closing duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Barback or similar role in a high-volume environment with high standards.
- Energetic and willingness to be active in the workplace, completing tasks that are both physical and repetitive.
- Ability to communicate, multi-task, work as part of a team, and independently.
- Possess and/or eager to develop Food and Beverage knowledge and hospitality experience.
- Flexible availability to work morning, evening, late-night, and weekends.
