Position Overview

As a Culinary Service Associate at SAUJANI ENTERPRISES Inc, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional food service in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks to ensure a pleasant dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking their orders with a friendly demeanor.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs, as well as cleaning kitchen surfaces and equipment.
  • Stock Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and receive, unpack, and store supplies in designated areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Physical Tasks: Engage in repetitive tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, while handling heavy loads as needed.
Work Environment

This position is set in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, requiring standing for extended periods and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to learn; training will be provided.
  • Personal Attributes: Must demonstrate client focus, reliability, and efficient interpersonal skills.
Work Conditions

Expect to work 30 to 40 hours per week in a role that may require overtime. Public transportation is available for commuting.

Weight Handling

Ability to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs) is necessary.
