We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Rocky River Grill LTD. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment as needed
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
As a Culinary Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to stand for extended periods. You will also be responsible for working under pressure to meet deadlines and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
Requirements:- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of communication
- 40 hours per week
