We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Rocky River Grill LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with the ability to lead a team and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent position
  • 40 hours per week
