Job Title: Vice President, Merchandising

Knix is a leading intimate apparel and activewear brand that is revolutionizing the industry with its innovative products and customer-centric approach. We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Merchandising to lead our merchandising and buying function, driving profitable growth and expansion across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute cutting-edge product and merchandising strategies that align with Knix's brand identity and resonate with our consumers.
  • Lead the development of a 3-year product roadmap, focusing on long-range product planning and alignment with Knix's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the merchandising function aligns with the overall strategic planning process.
  • Streamline and optimize the product assortment to enhance the shopping experience and overall brand experience.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as an innovative merchandising leader in a high-growth apparel brand with an omnichannel presence.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year business strategies that drive significant growth.
  • Strong leadership background with the ability to build architecture and structure for the Merchandising function.
  • Deep background and knowledge of product development and planning, with an eye for cutting-edge merchandising strategies.
