Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that merchandise is properly displayed.
- Merchandising and Visual Displays: Work with the visual merchandising team to create visually appealing displays and ensure that merchandise is properly priced and stocked.
- Loss Prevention: Identify and address any potential loss prevention issues, working with the loss prevention team to implement strategies to minimize losses.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and optimize inventory levels.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
