Performance Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing customer relationships while driving performance with our CRM product, Activix.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a clear understanding of the client's business goals and craft effective dealership processes to deliver performance in line with their objectives.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews to maintain client relationships and monitor the effective performance of the client's product suite.
- Build trust and strong relationships with dealerships, ensuring high levels of product adoption and identifying opportunities for growth within the account portfolio.
- Ensure Activix CRM compliance by adhering to internal processes and updating client information in a timely manner.
- Train dealership personnel to ensure strong adoption and engagement with AutoSync software products.
- University degree or previous sales experience.
- 2+ years of automotive industry experience, ideally within a dealership or with another CRM provider.
- 2+ years of account management experience.
- Comfortable working autonomously and prioritizing deliverables accordingly.
- Ability to use quantitative and qualitative metrics to communicate progress and identify meaningful trends.
- Experience in communicating with dealership personnel, including Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Associates.
- Bilingual (English/French) is a requirement.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strategic and collaborative, with the ability to work with internal and external teams to bring alignment.
