Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Consultant to join our team at AutoSync. As a key member of our Performance Management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining existing customer relationships while driving performance with our CRM product, Activix.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop a clear understanding of the client's business goals and craft effective dealership processes to deliver performance in line with their objectives.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews to maintain client relationships and monitor the effective performance of their product suite.
- Build trust and strong relationships with dealers, ensuring high levels of product adoption and identifying opportunities for growth within the account portfolio.
- Ensure Activix CRM compliance by adhering to internal processes and updating the client CRM correctly and timely.
- Provide dealership training to ensure strong adoption and engagement with AutoSync software products.

Requirements:

- University degree or previous sales experience, and/or 2+ years of automotive industry experience, ideally within a dealership or with another CRM provider.
- 2+ years of account management experience, comfortable working autonomously and able to prioritize deliverables accordingly.
- Ability to use quantitative and qualitative metrics to communicate progress, identify meaningful trends, and make compelling recommendations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate a vision and deliver on it.
- Bilingual (English/French) is a requirement, with a highly professional and energetic attitude.
