Key Responsibilities- Provide sound advice and guidance to customers on a range of financial products and services, including personal banking and business banking solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert in the branch, providing support and guidance to colleagues on all products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by proactively attracting, acquiring, and retaining customers and advice opportunities.
- Support the frontline with transactions, as necessary, and act as a point of escalation and support for the frontline and advice colleagues.
- High School diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- IFIC or CSC certification.
- CFSA certification to be completed upon hire.
- Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
