About the Role

The Senior Change Management Consultant will play a key role in the implementation of the Remote Symptom Monitoring and Management (RESPONd) project. This project aims to improve patient outcomes by enabling patients to report their symptoms from home between clinic visits. The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to develop and implement new processes and workflows, and will be responsible for leading change management activities across all sites involved in the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change management activities across all sites involved in the project
  • Develop and implement new processes and workflows
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide strategic change management leadership and oversight
  • Establish strong partner relationships with operational leaders across all CCA sites involved
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum undergraduate degree in Health Sciences or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years project or change management experience, preferably in the healthcare environment
  • Strategic and organizational leadership skills
  • Experience in quality and process improvement methodology such as PROSCI, Lean, Six Sigma, AIW
  • Proficiency in Visio, Excel, Power Point
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching skills, consultation and negotiating skills
  • Proven effective communication and presentation skills, analytical skills and problem-solving skills
