Job Title: Senior Environmental Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Consultant to join our team at Environmental Resources Management (ERM). As a senior-level professional, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on environmental remediation and site investigation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex environmental remediation and site investigation projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and implement innovative remediation solutions for contaminated sites, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes, meeting client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project management expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental remediation and site investigation, with a strong background in project management and technical expertise.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Canadian contaminated site regulations and experience with remediation technologies.
