Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Specialist to join our team at Crystal Consulting Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying successive coats of compound and sanding seams and joints, as well as cutting and installing metal corner beads to protect exterior corners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply coats of compound and sand seams and joints to ensure a smooth finish
  • Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners
  • Fabricate and install suspended metal ceiling grids and place in panels to form acoustical and coffered ceilings
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets
  • Position and secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry
  • Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
Requirements
  • Experience in drywall installation is an asset
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
