As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a vital role in the overall excitement of our operations, working closely with the General Manager to craft exceptional guest experiences.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the management of all facets of restaurant operations.
  • Leading the pub team to achieve excellence in customer service, employee retention, and profitability.
  • Serving as a professional role model and brand ambassador for The Grizzly Paw.
  • Contributing to the development of innovative food and beverage offerings and service standards.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of creative promotional events.
  • Supporting effective recruitment, training, and development initiatives for all team members.

Qualifications and Education: To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Prior leadership experience in a food and beverage setting.
  • A comprehensive understanding of operations, including both front and back of house.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary practices and beverages, particularly craft beer.
  • A degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or a related field is a plus.
  • Skills in financial statement analysis.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and social media platforms.
  • A creative mindset with a willingness to innovate.
  • A results-driven attitude with the ability to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, complemented by strong written and verbal communication abilities.
