Job Title: Help Desk Technician

KMK Digitech Inc is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting computer systems and networks, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
  • Documentation: Maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Training and Support: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
  • Backup and Recovery: Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent experience.
