Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software problems.
- Documentation: Maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Training and Support: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- Backup and Recovery: Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent experience.
