Chauffeur NPS-V 1

Le chauffeur NPS-V 1 joue un rôle essentiel dans le transport des employés et des intervenants à destination et en provenance des postes de contrôle des non-passagers (NPS-V). De plus, le chauffeur est responsable du maintien d'un permis d'exploitation de véhicule aéroportuaire côte-piste délivré par l'autorité aéroportuaire, de l'inspection quotidienne des véhicules, de la coordination de l'entretien et de la location des véhicules, de la propreté des véhicules, du transport des fournitures consommables, et doit de remplir et classer les documents requis.

Principales responsabilités
  • Transporter en toute sécurité les employés et les intervenants à destination et en provenance des points de contrôle NPS-V.
  • Respecter tous les protocoles de sécurité, les règles de circulation, les règlements de l'autorité aéroportuaire et les règlements internes de GardaWorld.
  • Obtenir et conserver un permis d'exploitation de véhicule aéroportuaire côte-piste valide délivré par l'autorité aéroportuaire.
  • Veiller à ce que les opérations de contrôle ne soient pas interrompues pendant le passage des employés d'un point de contrôle à un autre.
  • Effectuer des inspections régulières du véhicule assigné pour s'assurer qu'il respecte les normes de sécurité.
  • Coordonner l'entretien régulier et les réparations nécessaires avec les installations appropriées.
  • Signaler rapidement tout problème mécanique.
  • Coordonner les véhicules de location au besoin, en assurant la disponibilité et la continuité de la prestation de services.
  • Maintenir la propreté de l'intérieur et de l'extérieur du véhicule.
  • Transporter les fournitures consommables aux endroits désignés.
  • Remplir régulièrement tous les documents et rapports et veiller à ce que tous les documents soient classés conformément aux normes de l'industrie.
Qualifications et exigences
  • Permis de conduire valide avec un dossier de conduite vierge.
  • Conserver un permis d'exploitation de véhicule aéroportuaire côte-piste valide délivré par l'autorité aéroportuaire.
  • Capacité d'obtenir et de conserver une CIZR (carte d'identité pour les zones réglementées) et une autorisation de Transports Canada.
  • Connaître et respecter les règlements de GardaWorld.
  • Solide compréhension des protocoles et des règlements de sécurité.
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication et les relations interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité de travailler selon un horaire flexible et de s'adapter aux besoins changeants.
  • Expérience préalable dans un rôle de transport semblable, un atout.
  • Les candidats doivent détenir un diplôme d'études secondaires, un diplôme de formation générale ou un certificat équivalent.
  • Aucune formation postsecondaire n'est requise pour ce poste.
Connaissances, aptitudes et capacités
  • Une expérience préalable des opérations de contrôle serait considérée comme un atout.
  • Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décisions, avec la capacité de gérer les défis opérationnels et les recours hiérarchiques.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles pour assurer une coordination efficace avec le personnel de contrôle et les intervenants.
  • Capacité de travailler sous pression et de garder son sang-froid dans des milieux où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide.
  • Souplesse pour s'adapter aux changements de priorités et d'horaires de travail, y compris les quarts irréguliers.
  • Engagement à maintenir la certification et à respecter les obligations de formation, conformément aux exigences de l'ACSTA.
  • Maintien et application des connaissances de toutes les procédures d'utilisation normalisées applicables.
  • Solides compétences en service à la clientèle.
  • Bonne capacité de travailler en équipe.
  • Grande intégrité et capacité à suivre les directives.
Compétences
  • Compétences techniques : Démontrer une solide compréhension des règles et des règlements de Garda World, de l'ACSTA et de l'autorité aéroportuaire. Connaissance technique de l'utilisation et de l'entretien des véhicules.
  • Communications : Communiquer efficacement avec les passagers et le personnel de contrôle pour les affectations. Communiquer clairement et efficacement les préoccupations mécaniques.
  • Entregent : Doit pouvoir maintenir un comportement calme, poli et professionnel pendant les rencontres potentiellement stressantes. Le travail d'équipe avec des collègues est essentiel. Établir des relations positives avec les clients internes et externes, gagner leur confiance et leur respect.
  • Vigilance : Faire preuve d'une grande vigilance et respecter rigoureusement les protocoles de sécurité, les règles de la circulation et les autres règlements.
  • Pensée critique : Prendre des décisions rapidement, parfois avec des renseignements incomplets. Être en mesure de réagir de façon appropriée, critique et indépendante à diverses situations liées à la sécurité.
Conditions de travail
  • Les exigences physiques comprennent, entre autres, la capacité de se tenir debout pendant des périodes prolongées, de soulever, de pousser ou de tirer des bagages ou d'autres articles, de se pencher, de s'accroupir et de s'agenouiller.
  • Il faut travailler à l'extérieur dans diverses conditions pendant de courtes périodes durant l'année.
  • Le travail se fait selon un horaire fixe pendant les heures d'ouverture (p. ex., le matin, l'après-midi, le soir, la nuit), éventuellement les fins de semaine et les jours fériés. Les quarts de travail ne sont pas toujours souples et varient d'un aéroport à l'autre.
  • Il faut se conformer aux exigences réglementaires, comme les permis, les certifications et les lois sur le transport.
