About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Glass Cutter Specialist to join our team at Kismet Glass Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our glass finishing machines, ensuring high-quality products are produced efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Operate various glass finishing machines, including grinders, drills, sanders, bevelers, and polishers, to produce high-quality glass products.
  • Setup and Adjustment: Set up and adjust glass and glass product finishing machines to ensure optimal performance and quality.
  • Quality Control: Visually inspect products for quality and accuracy, identifying any defects or issues that require attention.
  • Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on glass finishing machines to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Material Handling: Handle and store glass materials, including cutting, measuring, and marking glass sheets for production.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in glass cutting, finishing, or a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
