About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Director to join our team at L3Harris MAPPS Global. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the MAPPS Global finance organization, working in partnership with our Division, Sector, and Corporate leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the MAPPS Global finance organization, driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and financial planning.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, maintaining a strong control environment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Division, Sector, and Corporate leaders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in finance and accounting.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing finance teams, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with SAP ERP system.
  • Knowledge of international finance and accounting principles, rules, and regulations.
  • Ability to communicate in both French and English.
