Financial Planning Director

About the RoleAs Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, you will work closely with the operations team to produce quality, timely, and forward-looking financial information. You will be acting as a financial business partner by guiding operations on performance, financial risks, and opportunities for Behaviour.
Key Responsibilities- Promote innovation and participate in continuous process improvement projects;
- Provide feedback for weekly, monthly, and quarterly budget: actual variance analysis on financial and operational metrics;
- Implement new processes and software solutions for the business FP&A function to scale effectively;
- Develop a short- and long-term financial model that takes into account the Company's objectives, industry standards, and market expectations;
- Perform sensitivity analyses to establish projections according to different scenarios;
- Work closely with all departments to build quantitative analyses to support them in their decision-making;
- Analyze different data sources that are likely to change rapidly to extract key elements and help the Company meet its objectives and improve its performance in the market;
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or Finances;
- CPA and/or CFA designation will be considered as an asset;
- Possess between 5 and 10 years of experience including a minimum of 3-5 years in a management position;
- Excellent knowledge of Office Suite software, particularly Excel;
- Bilingual, both spoken and written;
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills;
