Customer Service Associate

Your Role:
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued members. Working closely with the management team, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Providing outstanding customer service at all times.
- Maintaining a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor in the workplace.
- Ensuring adherence to merchandising standards, marketing initiatives, and housekeeping guidelines.
- Strictly adhering to Federated Co-operatives Limited policies and procedures, including asset protection protocols.
- Actively participating in all occupational health and safety (OH&S) requirements and demonstrating a thorough understanding of OH&S policies, procedures, and legislation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with purchases at the checkout counter or for delivery.
- Providing knowledgeable and accurate information about products and their origins.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.

- You are a collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- You possess the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
