Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Diesel Technician to join our team in the Sudbury area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and prioritize workload and customer needs in the field
  • Perform complex internal engine repairs and overhauls with limited direct supervision
  • Utilize experience with electronic controls and diagnostics, as well as mechanical systems
  • Deal with customers directly and provide technical support
Requirements
  • Trained Engine Technician 310T or 421A is mandatory
  • Vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution
  • Locally valid driving permit
  • Norcat certification will be required for the role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Intermediate level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products
  • Underground/mining experience
  • Marine experience preferred but not required
