Our client is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead their human resources operations in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of HR experience and a proven track record of managing HR functions within a manufacturing environment.

Talent Management
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development planning.
Compliance & Policy Management
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Training & Development
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Coordinate with department heads to provide job-specific training and development opportunities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in leading HR teams and managing complex employee relations issues.
