We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Installation Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for coordinating the installation of access control cards and managing the return process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project managers and internal departments to perform various project-related tasks.
  • Contact vendors to obtain RMA numbers and shipping documents.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ship materials back to vendors.
  • Track and follow up with vendors for replacement materials.
  • Coordinate with service coordinators and project managers when replacements arrive.
  • Sign in defective or unnecessary materials from technicians.
  • Manage the designated return location in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with receiving and shipping teams to ensure smooth returns and shipments.
  • Manage access control cards, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping to customers.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College or university degree.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Indigenous persons are encouraged to apply.
