About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Tile Installer to join our team at Daniels Drypack Services. As a Tile Installer, you will be responsible for installing ceramic tiles, mosaics, and other flooring materials in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces for tile installation, including measuring, marking, and cleaning.
  • Mix and apply adhesives, mortars, and other materials as needed.
  • Set tiles in place, ensuring proper alignment and spacing.
  • Cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings.
  • Pack grout into joints and remove excess grout.
  • Install tile strips and other flooring materials.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in tile installation.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
Working Conditions

This is a physically demanding role that requires handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, and kneeling. You must be able to distinguish between colors and have good hand-eye coordination.
