Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the strategic direction for Cboe Canada's listings business, encompassing product development, service offerings, and fee structures. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance listings rules and processes, ensuring a best-in-class client experience.
  • Lead the sales process, including pipeline management and reporting, driving revenue growth and market share expansion for Cboe Canada's public company listings.
  • Maintain deep expertise in Canadian capital formation trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics. Leverage this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate a robust network of relationships with key stakeholders, including law firms, merchant banks, investment banks, auditors, market makers, and C-Suite executives within the corporate community.
  • Manage and mentor a regional sales team, setting clear objectives, providing ongoing support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Ensure alignment with overall revenue targets for corporate listings and private markets.
  • Collaborate effectively with other business units within Cboe Canada and globally to maximize the value derived from listings and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Represent Cboe as a thought leader and brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and meetings. Effectively communicate Cboe's value proposition to potential clients and partners.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure consistent and effective client coverage across all business units.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, sales collateral, messaging strategies, and tactics tailored to the Canadian corporate listings market.
