Job Title: Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supervisor to join our team at Honest Cleaning Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, examining and verifying the accuracy of work, and identifying workers' training needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and be a team player.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of work
  • Identify workers' training needs
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work under pressure
