Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1347778 BC LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
  • Train and supervise food service staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and review food order summaries for the chef to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supervise and inspect the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
