We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Next Level Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Project Administration: Manage project documentation, including drawing revisions, RFIs, product submittals, and site instructions.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment expenses, to ensure alignment with project progress and remaining schedule.
- Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with clients, field staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks, including supply chain issues, labor shortages, and project shortfalls, to minimize financial or schedule loss.
- Dispute Resolution: Resolve disputes and conflicts at all levels of the project, ensuring a smooth and efficient project delivery.
- Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractors, ensuring they complete work on budget and schedule, and that scope gaps are identified and addressed.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and that any issues or defects are promptly addressed.
- Education: Completion of a Construction Management diploma or Engineering degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience on commercial or industrial projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to learn other software programs as required, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Certifications: Completion of or working towards completion of the PMP designation is an asset.
